hours are as follows:
NOTE:
The 2:00PM closing time listed below is an estimate. Megatron
Data Systems no longer has a hired support staff. One of the
owners of the company now handles support. Owners of the company
have pushed all appointments to the afternoon hours to free up
the morning hours. This unfortunately means that the afternoon
schedule is unpredictable. The 2:00pm time is the average
closing time. Support is sometimes still available past that
time and sometimes not.

offices are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and most of the holidays.
NOTE: Messages left
after hours, on the weekend or on holidays will not be
received or returned by our staff until the next business
day. Calls are not returned on weekends or holidays.

you can still get online, then send us an email at

describing your problem with as much detail as possible
including what version of windows or MAC OS your running. Or
if your email is not working try our
support forums.
These are the only 2 areas monitored from time to time over
the weekend.
